This year, one of America's most ICONIC (and one of our personal favorite) bands received the well-deserved honor and delivered an incredible performance-- Kool and the Gang. What you didn't see on tv was the celebration following the awards, featuring a couple special pieces by yours truly! We were commissioned to create this giraffe and lion inspired by their 'Wild and Peaceful' album. It was a whirlwind couple of weeks, and our truest honor to be a small part of this momentous occasion in music history. A special thank you to all who helped make this happen. The open sides signify that everyone is welcome and treated with hospitality. For non-Jewish couples, an arch may signify something similar. Two people coming together as one in marriage, love, and unity. It could also symbolize going through the 'door' to the next phase of their life together.
