Absolutely! We can work with you on creating a beautiful display to honor your loved one. Custom designs and creating atmospheres are where we truly shine.
-
There are a few factors that go into pricing an arrangement. Size, density, and types of flowers will determine where on the pricing scale a piece will be. This means pricing is flexible and can be adjusted within means.
-
Yes. Because we are an event florist, we order flowers solely for the use of your event. Which means we must use all the flowers we order. Because of this, a $400 minimum is required on all orders before tax and delivery fee. Once the minimum is met, additional orders may be placed from others (e.g. outside friends of family who would like to send something smaller).
-
Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee a specific type or shade of flower. We are working with natural and perishable products. If a bunch comes in damaged or the wrong color, it will not be used in the design. We do however promise to deliver a product up to value and maintain the integrity of your chosen design (e.g. we will not add orange flowers if you ordered whites and greens).
-
No. Once your order is placed, we will be in contact with the funeral home to coordinate delivery time and location. We do ask if any information changes, please remember to let us know at your earliest convenience.
-
Typically, the funeral home will transport the larger pieces to the grave site if that is part of the service. Smaller arrangements are usually given to the immediate family. If you would like assistance with redelivering flowers to the repass or home, please inquire if your order is eligible.
-
Yes. If our coordinators are not currently booked for your desired date, we can help with coordinating the repass. This includes but not limited to: venue booking, food ordering, music procurement, slideshow creation and display, centerpieces, photo displays, day-of management, and setting up/dismantling.
